The “Q-Cum” is a house classic featuring a taste of cucumber with a spicy twist. Created by Don Marsh and a featured classic cocktail at Bar 1919 in San Antonio.


  • Dill & Serrano Infused Gin – 1.5 Oz.
  • Ginger Syrup – .5 Oz.
  • Cucumber Juice – .5 Oz.
  • Fresh Lime Juice – .5 Oz.


Pour into Mixing Glass:

  • 1.5 Oz. of Dill & Serrano Infused Gin
  • .5 Oz. of Ginger Syrup
  • .5 Oz. of Cucumber Juice
  • .5 Oz. of Fresh Lime Juice

Add Ice into the Mixing glass


Attach Strainer (Optional- Additional Strainer Julep) & Pour into Chilled Glassware

You now have the “Q-Cum” Cocktail
