INGREDIENTS:
- Diamond – Gin: 1 1/2 Oz. (London Dry / New Age American Style)
- Emerald – Green Chartreuse: 1/2 Oz. (French Herbal Liqueur)
- Ruby – Sweet Vermouth: 3/4 Oz. (Fortified Wine)
- Bitters: 2 Dashes (Orange)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pour into Mixing Glass:
- 1 1/2 Oz. of Gin
- 1/2 Oz. of Green Chartreuse
- 3/4 Oz. of Sweet Vermouth
- 2 Dashes of Bitters
Add Ice into the Mixing glass
Stir:
40-45 Seconds – Dense Commercial Ice
20-25 Seconds – Standard Fridge Ice
Attach Strainer & Pour into Chilled Glassware
